Our staff’s background encompasses extensive experience in insurance, financial consulting, retail and wholesale marketing, residential and commercial real estate, mortgage finance, loan administration, education, automotive industry, government bureaucracy, foreclosure prevention and credit repair. We have provided foreclosure prevention and debt remediation since 1994 even before the collapse of our most recent real estate bubble and the volatile runs of our financial markets.  Our staff has worked with all the major mortgage companies and banks in the U.S. and attended training workshops and forums sponsored by those same organizations. In addition, we have also completed numerous training workshops sponsored by The Federal Reserve, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and The Department of Housing and Urban Development.
