Mission Statement


Our purpose is to provide services to the community that will strengthen, educate and protect the community as a whole.  This is accomplished by offering a series of programs where individuals are able to receive both personal and group consultation tailored to their specific financial needs and goals.

It is our contention that by building financially strong values within our clients we are able to fortify families, thereby strengthen communities and empower its citizens to realize the American Dream. We emphasize that this can only be accomplished by teaching our clients specific strategies and techniques for acquiring, building and protecting wealth.

Considering our country’s recent experience with the collapse of the Real Estate bubble, the volatile runs of our financial markets and the dishonest practices of our nation’s financiers it is time that the average citizen be afforded a safe alternative. This is where we come in.  We have been credit/debt professionals for over 20 years, 17 here in the State of Florida. We first provided Foreclosure Prevention Services in South Florida, beginning in 1994. We have also provided Notary and Real Estate Services here since 1995.

It has been our observation that the more informed an individual is the better that individual is able to satisfy his/her needs in the marketplace. This encourages a win/win environment for everyone. As consumers become more educated they make better choices but merchants also benefit because those who provide quality services will experience increased sales as the overall economy prospers.

Our business model also encourages the acquisition of assets that have historically been low or no risk.  But, as many have experienced, getting wealth is often times much easier than holding on to it.  Our mission is multi-faceted.  We are not only tasked with helping our clients get out of debt, acquisition and accumulation of wealth but more importantly, imparting the wisdom of safeguarding that same wealth. With sufficient information wise choices can and will be made. We incorporate the successes and failures of our clients’ past experiences to guide our participants to financial solutions that are best for them. This often times requires a series of consultations designed to evaluate the client’s goals and aspirations.

We are here to help them acquire the tools needed to embrace their ability to accomplish their wealth goals. The basic tenet that we impart to our clients is that assets must be personally possessed and controlled. An asset left in the control of others drastically increases its risk of loss. In order to make this a reality, getting the community as a whole to embrace this concept will require significant time and effort. This is a re-education process involving debunking many preconceived notions/myths and disproving commonly accepted untruths. Initially we will be teaching our clients to swim upstream, going against the flow. Accepting this fact is hard but implementing the strategies we teach builds character, strength and assuredly wealth.

Based on a recent survey, currently over 30% of our population are living at or below poverty level and at least 40% are behind on their bills. At least 60% of Americans worry that they will not have enough money to live comfortably in retirement. Much if not all of this is a result of a serious lack of consumer knowledge. Unmanaged debt is a major contributor to these statistics. Getting out of debt is the key that unlocks the door to financial freedom.
